We have a new Intermediate course starting on the 26th of April.

Time - 7.15pm
In this course you will be working on safe and effective transitions as well as exploring the more complicated asana and their various adaptations, including arm balances, and inversions. Over the course of the 6 weeks, you will increase your strength and stability in poses and discover what your body is truly capable of.
You will also explore more advanced breathing techniques and deepen your yogic philosophy.
This course is suitable for anyone looking to level up! Students who already have a good understanding of basic asana and have been practising for a while, or students who have been through our beginners course and are looking for the next challenge will definitely gain a lot from these 6 weeks.
Pre-registrations are essential as this is not a casual drop in class and spaces are limited.
Classes are 90 minutes long.

Cancellation policy - Cancellations must be sent in writing 2 weeks before the course start date. A 50% refund of the full fee will be processed. No refunds are available less than 14 days before the commencement of the course. However, you can transfer your registration to another person or course.
