Terms of Agreement 

I agree to these terms and conditions: I understand that yoga includes physical movements, as well as relaxation,meditation and breathing techniques. Kids yoga can involve partner and group poses, as well as yoga games, and as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated. Yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions. I agree that I alone take responsibility to decide whether myself or the child under my care is fit to practice yoga. I also understand that supportive and encouraging touch, and group interaction is an integral part of some of these classes. I therefore agree to waive any claims that I and/or my child may have hereafter against The Yoga Pantry with regard to the above.

Please ensure you or your child is wearing comfortable clothes and drinks plenty of water before and after the class. It is recommended to avoid eating heavy foods for 2 hours prior to a yoga asana practice. However a light snacks is fine if you need that energy boost.

As with any physical activity please consult your healthcare professional before undertaking any activities that you are unsure about.
